Preparing the famous Leek Soup...

Every year a huge soup is prepared and sold on the Christmas market.

Proceeds go to the schools to organise outings for the Children. Today we were about 20 parents and teachers to prepare the onions, potatoes, leeks, carrots (about 50 kg of each!)... that were going to make a great soup the next day
